Chaos Ransomware. It demands a ransom of 300 euros worth of BTC. Yashma encryption speed is 4-5 times faster, thanks to multi-threading support than its parent and it can now stop backup and anti-malware services as well. Previously, another ransomware variant using the "
ONYX Ransomware" name and adding the .onyx extension was detected. Experts have discovered reused Chaos ransomware code in this variant as well.
